Tia Meise, Okanagan RMT
Tia Meise is an experienced RMT based in the Okanagan, providing a variety of treatments for all different conditions of the body. She is focused on continuously expanding her expertise and knowledge. Tia keeps up with evidence-based practices, and encourages an educational environment with her patients, allowing them to become proactive in their own health. Tia will provide individualized home-care techniques to keep patients feeling their best post-treatment.

About Tia
Tia graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy’s 3000 hour program in January 2011. Over the years she has worked with many different conditions of the body, gained experience working at different clinics, and has grown her practice extensively.
Tia has been dubbed a Deep Tissue Therapist, and is continually expanding her expertise through specialized
courses. Some of her completed courses include techniques targeted towards treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction, Foot and Core Stability, Fascial
Structure and Function of the Shoulder, and Infant Massage. Tia continues her
education in her field to keep up with new evidence based practices to provide
the best care for each of her patients.
Tia has extensive knowledge of the human body, function, and correction. She encourages her patients to become active in their own health care and provides them with important self care techniques to do at home in order to continue their care post-treatment.
